Just a heads up to those who haven't heard Dylan Tremblay has recently had an interview on pinkbike. check out the link below. He talks about his lifestyle and how bike riding is pretty much his huge passion in life. He has also been building lots of trail in the past year or so which will be featured in the next CKD film and it is a work of art. I have put in a couple weeks over there building and am super stoked to film it.

Summer Update

So Cory and I have been on the road for two and a half months doing Dropin Season 5. Lots have stuff has gone down and its hard to beleive that the time flew by so quick. They are already editing the 6 epsiode and 5 half length (10 minutes) have already hit the rip.tv website

Our section, complete with rider profiles and web blogs -- about the whole trip -- is OVER HERE. We have a new profile on there for pist-n-broke.

Go on, check it out.

One another note Bike Magazine announcent the winners for thier video awards and guess what? Mr Ben Boyko won segment of the year for his bit in CKD.

Hell ya...he pretty much killed it and proved that he gets free bikes for a reason. Stoked for him he just released the banger segment in New World Disorder 8 and won Crankworx whistler this year.Look for Ben to be shredding his Norco Bike in our new release CKD2 coming at you Crankworx 08. Look out whistler..we will be tearing you a new asshole.

Despite the fact that we both took vacations in January we have been pretty productive. We are collaborating with the BCIPC once again for a TV PSA on snowboarding safety.Look for it on you local channel or check it out here http://www.injuryfreezone.com/sportrec/snowman.php
Most of the crash video on there are ours as well and we are working on a DVD promoting snow safety for the school systems.It will be similar to the one we produced with Wade Simmons last year. Also we have done some work for Mount Seymour.A couple of videos covering some competitions they had.Unfortunately they are slacking on getting them up but thats ok we get to ride there for free.haha. There is a lot of things in the pipe for next year, We are starting production on CKD ll soon and will be working with some of our sponsors on promotional videos. We have also worked out a some kind of a deal with Toyota Canada. Basically we get to use their kick ass trucks on some shoots, looking forward to getting behind the wheel of a new Tundra. September CKD Show Dates

Well a few more show dates to announced. Wednesday September 13th we will be in Naniamo at the Queens Hotel (34 Victoria Crescent, 250-754-6751) with local hip hop artists Character Traits. Movie shows at 10:30pm and there is a 5 buck cover at the door.
On Saturday September 16th we are heading to Nelson. Dylan Tremblay has hooked us up with a spot on the party night of the Fat Tire Festival at the Rezavoir lounge on Baker Street in downtown Nelson. Movie plays there at 10:30pm and Tremblay has a hotshot dj to play after the flick is done which will entice the ladies to stay and dance the night away.5 Bucks gets you in and a guaranteed good time.
On the same day Saturday the 16th up in Terrace,BC the Boys from McBike are throwing a riding day and then a showing at the Artful Cup. Movie will show early in the evening. Grab your bike and head out on the ride and then grab a few beers and check out the flick. For more info call Mcbike 250-635-5225.

Hey everyone ..a few more show dates to announce.The first is at Red Shreds in Williams Lake on August 25th.Mark will be throwing an all ages show in the back of the shop and it will start after dark of course.The second show is at Mac Daddies night club up at Sunpeaks Resort on September 3rd. There will be a dirt jump comp and then BCDC will play outdoors and after everyone will shift over to Mac Daddies for a showing at around 11pm. Check back for more Party dates in the near future.

Hey everyone I finally managed to track down the elusive Mike Reid to get the pics from our Van_premier at the Waldorf August 3rd . Special thanks toJESSEROBERTSfor spinnig the Tunes... sorry about the headphones. Also special thanks forMike_and_Anniefor doing the Photography and the 5050 tickets. We raise 360 bucks for Hans Reys Charity "wheels for life". Also extra special thanks toDarcy and thegang_from_RIP.TV were there doing interviewson the red carpet.

There were alot of good looking ladies there and Ben_Boykomanaged to show up with a few.Watch your back orCory might steal them.But there was plenty of chicksto go around .Even the guys with thesurrey_tuxedos had a chance.

Ever insecure Geoff_Gulevich showed up with a cheering section to make sure he was the most popular rider there.But not to be out doneRyan_Berreclothhad a formidable cheering section of his own.Gully you gotta learn one beautiful girl is worth a 1000 dudes.

It was good to see Tyler_Klassen off the crutches from the broken femur and back on the arm of a beautiful woman.

I was pleased to see such a good turn out of friends and family.Here is cory-and-folks before the evening got to far_along . Thanks for coming everyone and here is the rest of the pics from that night.

Well the washington trip was sweet ...battled a bit of weather but the trail forest built was amazing....look for a feature story on the hippy rednecks place in a future issue of "bike".Cuttin a teaser right now so look for it in the next couple weeks.., headin to Saalbach in 10 days for the Adidas event then of to LA Garda in Italy to shoot the MAzochhi '07 product launch sessions....should be a good time...
